As a Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for the following functions: Ensure that samples and orders are shipped in a timely manner and arrive appropriately with end-users. Monitor demand levels and proactively maintain sufficient stock. Communicate with the 3PL partner and customers to quickly resolve disruptions or potential delays. Anticipate inventory needs by staying informed with forecasting and sales activities. Calculate precise margins to minimise stockout risk while balancing costs. Working cross-functionally to ensure product status and tracking is accurate.

Wat jij mee brengt

Requirements: 

• BSc or equivalent in a Logistics or Supply chain related degree
• 1+ year internship or industry experience within a healthcare or 3PL environment is preferred
• Proven track record managing multiple products and communicating with global stakeholders
• Experience working within a small and dynamic team is highly advantageous
