The Opportunity

We are looking for an early to mid‑career Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team in the Netherlands. In this field-based role, you will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals and key external experts, supporting high‑quality medical engagement and contributing to the execution of our medical strategy.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary scientific contact for healthcare professionals, payers, and external stakeholders
Deliver engaging scientific presentations in clinical and educational settings
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare organizations
Support execution of the national medical strategy in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Lead and coordinate educational programs, scientific events, and advisory boards
Attend key scientific conferences and translate insights into actionable strategies
Provide internal medical training and ensure up-to-date scientific knowledge across teams
Review materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance
Contribute to medical value dossiers and clinical strategy development
Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards

What You Bring

A scientific degree (PhD or MD preferred)
Early to mid‑career experience (approx. 3–5 years) in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices
Experience in customer-facing healthcare roles (e.g., MSL, clinical specialist, medical advisor)
Knowledge or strong interest in diabetes care
Strong skills in scientific communication and data interpretation
A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
High level of integrity, autonomy, and accountability
Fluency in Dutch and English (Mandatory)
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Netherlands
